My sister Christina just finished this painting from a new series she's working on based self portraits (inspired by photos taken by her four children).
I couldn't gush enough over this newest piece... I'm completely in awe. I look at it, and I see every bit of my sister's personality. Playful with color, thoughtful, fashionable, immersed in a world full of everyday chaos but always managing to find that indulgently quiet moment. Beautiful. |
